OVERVIEW:

SNTZ-100 building aerogel thermal insulationcoating is a new type of nano thermal insulation coating, the main activeingredients are silica aerogel, inorganic hollow beads, high-performanceenvironmental protection emulsion, etc.After drying, the coating forms a coating withnanopores and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.04 W/(m•K), whicheffectively reduces heat transfer in the wall surface. The product has thecharacteristics of low thermal conductivity, high bond strength, short dryingtime, low shrinkage, and is not easy to crack after drying.Suitable for indoor and outdoor walls and roofs; Itis suitable for various base bases such as cement mortar, concrete, gypsumboard, etc.

USE:

Applied to the interior and exterior wallinsulation coating of existing and new buildings, this product can play a goodthermal insulation effect, aerogel coating system can prevent external heatfrom entering the room, reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning. Inthe cold winter, it prevents the indoor heat from spreading to the outdoors,reduces the energy consumption of heating or air conditioning, and has theeffect of warming in winter and cooling in summer.

Construction method:spraying/batch coating

Theoretical coating consumption:0.6kg/㎡/mm (the actual coating consumption is related tothe flatness of the substrate and construction control).

Construction references:

1. The painted wall must be treated before painting to ensure that the wallis compact, no floating ash, no grease, no shell and no peeling;

2. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 °C, and the airhumidity shall not exceed 85%, and the construction shall not be suitablebefore and after fog and humidity and rainfall;

3. After the lid of this product is opened, it needs to be stirred evenlybefore it can be used, and pure water with a weight of no more than 5% can beadded for dilution according to different construction methods;

4. The interval between the application of each coating should be more than24 hours (when the construction is in a cold or humid climate, the intervaltime should be appropriately extended);

5. The post-process can only be carried out after sufficient drying, andthe construction generally needs to be maintained for 3 days (specificallyrelated to the thickness of the construction and the weather);

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

This productshould be stored in a cool and dry place at 5~35°C, not exposed to the sun, andthe effective storage period is 12 months;
