OVERVIEW:
SNTG-1000 industrial inorganic high-efficiencythermal insulation coating is a new type of high-temperature resistant thermalinsulation material, the main active ingredients are a variety of inorganicfibers, inorganic porous fillers and other materials as the main body, water asthe dispersion medium, add special adhesives, fiber loosening, stirring andmake a viscous slurry.It can bedirectly covered on the surface of the protected metal or other materials byspraying or plastering, and cured at room temperature or low temperature toform a protective layer with efficient thermal insulation effect. The producthas the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high bond strength, shortdrying time, low shrinkage, and is not easy to crack after drying.
USE:
The coating can withstand a maximum temperature of1000°C, and is used in various high-temperature equipment, industrial kilnlining, metallurgy and refining equipment.

Construction method:spraying/batch coating/plastering
Theoretical coating consumption: 1kg/㎡/mm (the actual coating consumption is related tothe flatness of the substrate and construction control).
Construction references:
1. Before the coating precursor is applied, therust, oil, dust and other debris on the surface of the coating should becleaned up;
2. The construction temperature shall not be lowerthan 5 °C, and the air humidity shall not exceed 85%, and the constructionshall not be suitable before and after fog and humidity and rainfall;
3. After the lid of this product is opened, itneeds to be stirred evenly before it can be used, and pure water with a weightof no more than 5% can be added for dilution according to differentconstruction methods;
4. The interval between the application of eachcoating should be more than 24 hours (when the construction is in a cold orhumid climate, the interval time should be appropriately extended);
5. The post-process can only be carried out aftersufficient drying, and the construction generally needs to be maintained for 3days (specifically related to the thickness of the construction and theweather);
6. This product is a new material product, pleasecall for consultation for specific construction and supporting schemes.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation:
This productshould be stored in a cool and dry place at 5~35°C, not exposed to the sun, andthe effective storage period is 12 months;
This product isnon-flammable and non-explosive, and can be transported according to generalmaterials, avoiding exposure to the sun, collision, heavy pressure duringtransportation, and keeping the packaging intact.
